In this context, this text has been prepared in order to inform and enlighten you within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the “Law”) and other relevant legislations.

3.CASES WHERE PERSONAL DATA MAY BE PROCESSED WITHOUT SEEKING CONSENT

g)Objecting to the occurrence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
h) He/she has the right to request compensation of the damage in case he/she suffers damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
13 Of the KVK Law. article 1. in accordance with the paragraph, you can forward your request to use your rights mentioned above to our Company in writing.
